Without a target persona, goal setting, or marketing simulations, the app was officially released in Japan, and they were having trouble reaching users, getting feedback, and acquiring users. Defining the marketing message for the market
Through research, simulation and planning, we defined the marketing message that should be reflected in the client's target users, positioning in the market, and marketing assets.
CVR 1.70% → 5.62%, CPA 4,871 yen → 2,691 yen
We concentrated our advertising campaign on Google PPC, and carried out optimization and testing of the ads and landing page every month. As a result, we were able to increase the CVR from 1.70% to 5.62% and lower the CPA from 4,871 yen to 2,691 yen.
Repeat customers increased from 32% to 53%
Company name searches increased by 118%
We reduced friction and usability issues with the user interface (UI), and through email marketing, increased the number of repeat customers who used the service more than once from 32% to 53%. In addition, through proactive PR activities, the number of searches for the company name as a proper noun on Google increased by 118%, and brand name recognition improved.

At first, we implemented a proposal that made use of both Facebook ads and Google ads, but in the end we were able to acquire leads using Google ads alone. We judged that ads via search were effective, and by also introducing Yahoo! ads and Bing ads, we were able to increase the number of leads.
