For the overseas marketing of an aesthetic salon, we created an English website and English-language manuals for staff, with the aim of improving brand recognition. This made it easier to provide services to foreign customers.
With the number of foreign tourists visiting Japan increasing, we were aiming to strengthen our customer attraction targeting them, but we were having trouble finding an effective approach and were struggling to improve recognition.
We created an English-language website to raise awareness of the aesthetic salon. This made it easier to understand the salon's concept, service content, and customer reviews, and used photos and videos effectively to visually appeal to the appeal of the salon. In addition, we introduced a multilingual reservation system to make it easier for foreign tourists to make reservations.
There was a lack of English-language materials to cater to foreign customers, such as explanations of treatment content and prices, which was causing communication problems.
